Future Engineers At Work
The students in Ms. Nicole Wells’ second grade class at Woodland Park Magnet School have a future as Engineers. While studying about inventors and engineers they read the story Not a Box by Antoinette Portis. In the story a box is just a box...unless it's not a box. The students created their own invention from a cardboard. The students were encouraged to use their imagination to become young engineers. The students above and beyond expectations.
