Today in Mrs. Perise's class the students discussed George Washington Carver. They talked about him being a plant scientist and all of the great contributions he made to the field of agricultural chemistry. So the students tried their hand at planting beans today. #tangiproud
Mrs. Mizell's class is working with Rekenrek to identify and count groups of 5. #tangiproud

Perrin students went to the Ponchatoula Fire Dept. to learn fire safety and returned to school to have a safety lesson with the Ponchatoula Police Dept.
Each 6 weeks one class from each cafeteria group is awarded a party for being the quietest and best behaved in the cafeteria.
Grandparents day was a success! A huge thank you to all of the wonderful grandparents that came out to enjoy snacks and crafts with their grandchildren!
