    Read 180 Classes celebrate success

     

    Mrs. Kathy Faust’s 2nd hour of READ180 students read the most books across the district’s READ180 classes (Grades 5-7) during this first half of the school year! They were surprised with a new book, Chick Fil A, and some other goodies.

    for the Jr. High Band I 

    Honor Band

    On Saturday, December 15, 2018 Jr. High band students from St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes competed against one another for a spot in the 9th District Jr. High Honor Band.  Out of the hundreds who auditioned for placement only 52 were selected for the Jr. High Band I [top band] and 176 were selected for th Jr. High Band II [second band].  The FIRST CHAIR FLUTE for the Jr. High Band I [top band] was earned by Loranger Middle School Flutist Mr. Buddy Glover
