Hey TOR Nation,

I’m Coach Melissa Robinson.  I graduated from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, Texas with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Music.  I’m in my 13^th year of teaching.   I love coaching and teaching here at Greenville Park Leadership Academy.  I am from Louisiana but I’ve spent most of my life in East Texas.  My husband Jeff and I moved to Hammond in the fall of 2015. I have 4 kids: Daniel, Corrinn, Christa and Davis. I have 7 grandkids:  Bam(Jamarion), Isaiah, Naomi, Elizabeth, Jordan, Zane and Aurora.  I love spending time with my family, cooking with family and friends and watching sports.  My favorite sports teams are: LSU Tigers, Houston Astros, New Orleans Saints. and any team my grandkids are playing on.
