A parent must sign this form in order for the student to get a device on the Soft Start days. Parents can purchase the optional insurance for $20.00 to cover repairs due to damage. Read all the details in the agreement. We are making preparations to provide mobile hotspots on an as-needed basis to homes that have no other available service. This mobile hotspot will only have the ability to connect with TPSS issued devices for student use. The survey below will be used to assess the number of mobile hotspots needed to ensure student connectivity.Mobile hotspots provide wireless Internet to devices using cellular service, therefore the hotspot's ability to provide access is only as strong as the cell coverage in your area. If you live in an area that has poor or no cell coverage, the hotspot will be limited in providing a sufficient connection to complete necessary work or tasks. If you have no access to Internet service at your home for your student to complete distance learning and you feel your home area has adequate cell service for the mobile hotspot to function, please complete this form.
