It has truly been an honor to serve our faculty, staff, and students at Natalbany Middle School. For the past seventeen years, I have educated the students of Tangipahoa Parish after receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, certified to teach first through eighth grade, from Southeastern Louisiana University. Throughout these years of service, twelve in the fourth grade classroom at Natalbany Elementary School. I have held various other leadership positions through those years including two years as a TAP Mentor Teacher.
As I strived to improve my leadership qualities, I obtained my Masters in Educational Leadership at the American Intercontinental University and graduated with high honors. My journey then led to Hammond Junior High Magnet School where I worked as the Curriculum and Instruction Specialist for the next four years.
For the past two years, I have been thrilled to serve our students back where my journey began, Natalbany. Last year, I was delighted to serve as the Curriculum and Instruction Specialist and currently as the Interim Assistant Principal.
It is my firm belief that every child that enters the doors of Natalbany Middle School has a unique story that is yet to be told. As an educator, I am committed to each one of these students and to be a part of their individual story. It is my hope to instill the motivation that each student individually needs to become a lifelong learner. As an educator with a positive mindset, I will strive daily to impact the lives of our students here at Natalbany Middle School.Robin Danos, Assistant Principal
