    My name is Charlymane McCray. I've been a teacher for nearly 25 years. I started out as a teacher in St. Helena Parish along with my mother who was an educator also. I moved to Jefferson Parish for a number of years, EBR, and now I am in Tangipahoa Parish  and this is where I wish to finish out my years. I have a long line of educators in my family and those are the ones that inspired me to make a difference in a child's life. That is the one thing that I hope to be able to carry with me when I retire and that is making a difference with one class at a time.
