           My name is Dondi Soza, and I have taught 4th grade ELA for the past 12 years.  I am currently doing reading interventions with 4th grade students. Reading is my passion, and I enjoy being able to help students become successful.  It is very rewarding to work closely with the students and see their academic growth and pride shine through.

        Family is also very important to me.  I have a husband and two kids.  We enjoy spending time together on the weekends watching movies.  Our current favorite movie is "Big Hero 6".
