• Hammond Westside Magnet Announces Science Fair Winners

The Annual Science Fair at Hammond Westside Montessori was held on February 3, 2016.  This is an opportunity for our 5th and 6th grade students to apply the scientific method to conduct independent or grouped research. The results of each student's or group’s research is presented in a school wide science fair where the student's efforts are displayed to determine scientific merit. Students who have been judged have used the scientific method properly and they have also demonstrated thoroughness in their studies.
