Pictured are teacher Angie Dagro and students Sarah Davis (HHMS), Julia Lassalle (HHMS), Jemario Rheams(HHMS), Courtney Edwards (AHS), and Todreion Amos (PHS). For the competition, the team developed a business proposal and visual display for an original restaurant concept, complete with a floor plan, interior design,  menu with recipes, pictures & pricing, and marketing plan & budget. The students pitched their plan to a panel of potential investors and responded to a variety of potential challenges faced by managers. The students will represent Louisiana on May 3-5 in Minneapolis at the National ProStart Student Invitational!
