Organize your classroom with Dropbox. Never be without a document again. Share your files with your students and let your students share their files with you from anywhere. Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring your photos, docs, and videos anywhere and share them easily. Never email yourself a file again! You can install it on all computers and mobile devices you use, and it will automatically sync the documents between the devices. It also lets you easily share files as well as revert to previous versions. Dropbox does not have any way to create files - it simply stores and syncs them. We will also look at some other sites and apps that sync with Dropbox. ** To attend this workshop you will need to already create your DropBox account. Please visit www.dropbox.com and create your account.  We will not register for DropBox during class time.

Tech Points are awarded for Technology Staff Development that takes place outside of school hours. Teachers receive 1 Tech Point per hour and can spend the points in the Tech Point Store in the Staff Development Portal. The funds used to purchase all Tech Point equipment and supplies are from grant sources, which require the more expensive equipment to be tagged and remain on Tangipahoa Parish School System inventory. This equipment is the property of the teacher as long as she/he remains an employee of TPSS. When the teacher leaves the parish, the equipment must be returned to the TPSS Technology Department
