March 26 Mandatory Big Senior Meeting- 7:45-11:00 a.m.
Information concerning remaining responsibilities will be discussed in detail, and senior supplies will be distributed. YOU MUST BE CLEARED FROM ALL CURRENT FINE LISTS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
March 30 Prom-Chesterton Square 8 p.m.-11 p.m.
April 15 Senior Final Exams: 5th, 6th, 7th hours
April 16 Senior Breakfast at 6:45 a.m.
Senior Send-Off at 7:45
Senior Final Exams: 3rd, 4th hours
April 17 Senior Final Exams: 1st, 2nd hours
April 18 Senior Make-up Day/Last Day for Seniors
May 2 Mandatory Practice for Senior Awards Day and Cap/Gown Distribution 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. You must wear your school uniform and ID!!
May 8 Senior Awards Day-8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
Report to auditorium at 7:30 in cap/gown and proper attire (see below)
May 10 Practice: 10:00 a.m.-12:30-SLU University Center
Report NO LATER than 10:00 a.m.-Wear School Uniform
Graduation at SLU University Center at 7 p.m./Report no later than 6:15
**The dress code for all seniors participating in Awards Day & Graduation is as follows:
GIRLS: Dresses/ Skirts; Appropriate Dress Shoes (BLACK ONLY!!!)
NO OPEN-BACK SHOES-NO VISIBLE PIERCINGS OTHER THAN EARS
BOYS: Dress Slacks (black, tan, gray); WHITE Dress Shirt with Collar; Tie; Dress Shoes (black, tan, brown, dress boots; Socks
MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN-NO VISIBLE PIERCINGS
**DO NOT return to school to visit once you are dismissed on April 18. You will only return if
you have been specifically instructed to do so in order to complete work or for Awards Day practice. If you are coming to get senior supplies or complete make-up work, you MUST BE IN SCHOOL UNIFORM or you will not be allowed on campus.
**YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR FAFSA IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR DIPLOMA**
**CAP AND GOWN ORDERS MUST BE MADE ASAP IF YOU PLAN TO WALK ACROSS THE STAGE AT GRADUATION**
**If you do not follow the correct dress code for any of the practices for ceremonies, you will not be allowed to participate.**
**NO AIR HORNS, COW BELLS, WHISTLES or other noise makers are allowed at graduation or awards day. Please inform your guests that these items will be confiscated.**
