     The Tangipahoa Parish School System has transitioned to a new web based Applicant Management System called Unified TalentEffective Monday, April 6, 2020, all TEACHER (certified and non-certified) applications will only be accepted through the new Unified Talent system.  Previous applicants who have completed a paper application prior to April 6, 2020 and are interested in future teaching opportunities in the school system are required to complete a new application through the Unified Talent system.

    If you are interested in being employed as a teacher with TPSS, please complete a new online application.  You must complete an application through the Unified Talent system in order to be considered for a teaching position for the upcoming school year. The applications are divided into three (3) applicant pools: Elementary PreK-5, Middle School 6-8, and High School 6-12. 

    Unified Talent

    At this time, TPSS will continue to accept paper applications for administrative positions (principal/assistant principal). Here is the application for principal and assistant principal positions. 

    Classified support positions (secretary, para-professional, office assistant, custodian, bus driver, and substitute) will use this paper application for support personnel.

      These positions will transition to the new Unified Talent applicant system at a later date.  Notice will be given when that transition becomes effective.
