Use the TangiSchools HelpDesk reporting system to request technology support and services. Step-by-step directions for using the HelpDesk are here.

Now that all students and teachers in TPSS have their own computer usernames and passwords, schools should follow this procedure for new students.

Login to Tangischools HelpDesk and create a New Incident. In the Category field choose "Add New Student Account" and in the Comment section type the following information

First and last name
Student ID number - from JPAMS
School
Grade

Within a very short period of time, you will receive a reply with the new student's computer username and password. That student will also be added to the school's rolls for SkillsTutor, Gaggle.net, and Blackboard (if applicable).

TangiTech Staff Development classes are for all TPSS teachers. Original TangiTech#1 is five days of intensive technology integration into the curriculum. TangiTech#2 is the follow-up session consisting of five additional days of in-depth training. Click here to access the schedules and registration procedures.
