Kindergarten

The following items are supplies that will be needed when your child starts Kindergarten. Additional supplies will be requested from the classroom teacher your child is assigned to at the beginning of school.

  • 4 Eight packs Crayola brand crayons (basic colors only - no chubbies)

  • 1 pair of Fiskars brand round tip scissors

  • 2 bottles of Elmer's school glue (don't buy Ross brand)

  • 4 Jumbo glue sticks -OR- 8 small glue sticks

  • 24 pencils - sharpened pencils

  • 1 pre-folded resting mat (thin not thick)

  • 1 book sack (regular size only - not the pull type)

  • 1 eight pack large tip Crayola washable markers (classic colors)

  • 2 zippered pencil pouches (to store markers in)

  • 2 large rolls of paper towels

  • 1 pack of Expo2, low odor, large tip, dry erase markers (the pack includes red, blue, green, black)

  • 2 marble theme notebooks.

Please purchase the brand of supplies specified above. All supplies are needed when classes begin. Please leave all crayons and markers in their original box. Put your child's name on each individual crayon, pencil, marker, glue stick, etc.  Your child will also need pencils, crayons, glue, and scissors at home for homework activities.

You will simply need to send your child with a booksack and the supply/workbook fee the first day of school. Call the School for Fee Information.

3rd

  • 2" binder with 7 pocket dividers * Label the dividers as shown below.

  • 5 packs of loose-leaf paper (wide-ruled)

  • 2 pocket folders (with names written inside only)

  • Large supply of pencils (each student should have 2 sharpened each day)

  • 1 - 16 count box of crayons and markers

  • 1 small school box (There isn't enough room for storage of a large one)

  • 3 large boxes of Kleenex tissues

  • 3 large rolls of paper towels

  • 1 - 100 count pack of unlined 3x5 index cards

  • 2 large rectangular boxes of baby wipes (for cleaning hands after art projects and before a snack)

*Label pocket dividers with the following;
     *Homework
     *Grades
     *Reading
     *Math
     *English
     *Spelling
     *Science/Social Studies

4th

  • 6 large notebooks (at least three-subject size), different colors if possible (no perforated pages, please)

  • 2 large packs of loose-leaf paper (not college ruled)

  • 7 pocket folders with brads (different colors if possible)

  • 1 pack of crayons and 1 pack of colored pencils (markers are optional)

  • 1 pair of scissors

  • 1 bottle of glue

  • 1 large pack of #2 pencils with erasers

  • 2 red pens

  • 2 large boxes of Kleenex tissues

  • 1 large roll of paper towels

  • 1 six-inch ruler

  • 1 four pack of pencil size dry erase markers

Suggestions: 1 pack of hole reinforcers, Zipper pencil pouch *** Color boxes do not fit in the desks***

Please put your child's name on everything with a permanent marker.

We will keep these supplies at school. Please keep in mind that most of the time these supplies last for the school year, but occasionally your child may run out of a necessary item and need something during the school year.

5th

  • Several packs of loose-leaf notebook paper

  • Several packs of #2 pencils

  • 2 -  three ring binders

  • 2 red pens

  • 2 colored folders

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • 1 box of Kleenex

  • 6 subject dividers labeled for Reading, Spelling, English, Social Studies, Math, and Science

  • Zippered pencil bag (one that will fit in the binder)

  • 1 box of crayons, markers, or colored pencils

  • Scissors

  • Ruler

Put subject dividers in binders and divide the loose-leaf paper between the subjects. Put reading, spelling, English, and social studies in one binder. Put math and science in the other binder. Have this ready for the first day of school. Label all items before the first day of school.
