Supply Fee $20.00 (Manipulatives and classroom supplies such as puzzles, musical CDs, games, blocks, paint, sidewalk chalk, computer software, science materials, books, and dramatic play props, student binders and graduation supplies, and small P.E. equipment, etc.)

Please make sure all items are labeled with your child's name before you bring them to school except for pencils.

* Each child will need a large towel for rest time. Large towels work better than plastic mats.

SUPPLY FEE: $4.75 Total for Mother's Day Gifts, Paint, Markers, Tape, Floppy disks, Writing paper, Binders, School Box.

SNACK FEE: $50.00 (A snack will be provided each day for your child. This fee is used to purchase snacks, juice, cups, and napkins.) You will be required to pay a total of $50.00 to cover the cost of the snacks for the year. This fee may be paid in two installments. The first payment of $25.00 will be due on August 18, 2006. The second payment of $25.00 will be due on January 5, 2007. If you prefer to pay the amount for the entire year, then you may submit a $50.00 payment on August 18, 2006.
