SHIRTS:
-
Shirts must be polo style with a
collar, with or without a pocket, or oxford style with buttons up
the front. Shirts can be made of cotton or polyester blend.
-
Shirts may be of one solid color,
red, white, or navy blue. Shirts may not include any stripes or
designs in the collar or anywhere else.
-
No visible brand name, label,
monogram, or logo of any type may be displayed.
-
Sleeves on short sleeve shirts
must extend past down the arm, approximately halfway between the
shoulder and elbow. No sleeveless
garments shall be worn.
No
cap sleeves.
-
No midriff shirts or blouses
shall be worn. Shirts must be worn tucked inside the student's pants
or shirt.
-
Shirts must be long enough to
easily remain tucked inside the student's pants or shirt when the
student is bent over or seated. Do not purchase youth large or other
shirts that either do not or barely tuck in the student's pants.
-
Turtleneck shirts or shirts with
a zipper are not permitted.
-
Undershirts must be solid white
crew neck t-shirt with no writing or trim with standard sleeves that
must not extend past the sleeves on uniform shirt.
-
All items of clothing must be
worn as intended by design.

PANTS:
-
Pants must be Khaki or navy blue
twill with or without belt loops or pockets.
-
No shorts shall be worn to
school.
-
No visible brand name, label,
monogram, or logo of any type may be displayed. THIS INCLUDES
PANTS WITH STITCHED LOGOS SUCH AS AMERICAN EAGLE AND AEROPOSTALE.
-
No Khaki colored jeans, any pants
with metal rivets, sagging, oversized, wide legged, bell bottom,
cargo, safari, Capri, crop, carpenter, stretch, or spandex pants are
permitted.
-
Pants must be hemmed and not
touch the ground. No frayed or unsown hems in pants are permitted.
-
Pants with splits in the legs of
the pants are not allowed.
-
Pants must be worn at the waist,
defined as even with the student's hip bone. No hip hugger pants are
permitted.
-
No shorts are allowed.
-
If boots are worn, pants legs
must be worn outside of the boots.
-
All items of clothing must be
worn as intended by design.

SKIRTS:
-
Skirts must be Khaki or navy blue
twill with or without belt loops.
-
Skirts may be pleated, straight,
or full, and may be in the basic a-line style or bib style.. 3. No
rivets are allowed.
-
No shorts are allowed.
-
Skirts must come to the knee or
below.
-
No visible brand name, label,
monogram, or logo of any type may be displayed.
-
All items of clothing must be
worn as intended by design.

BELTS:
-
A belt must be worn if the pants
or skirt have belt loops.
-
Belts must be made of canvas or
leather. No chain, metal, or sash belts are permitted. 3. Belts must
be an appropriate style and length.

Belts must be buckled. The belt
may not hang down.
-
Belts must be worn visible
without pulling up the shirt.
-
All items of clothing must be
worn as intended by design.

OUTERWEAR PERMITTED IN THE
CLASSROOM:
-
Sweatshirts must be of one solid
color, either, red, white, or navy blue. No hoods or zippers are
allowed.
-
Sweaters must be of one solid
color, either red, white, or navy blue. Sweaters may be pullover,
button-up, vest, or zipper. No hood is allowed.
-
Jackets must be of one solid
color, either red, white, or navy blue. Jackets may use a zipper or
snaps. No hood is allowed. 4. No visible brand name, label,
monogram, or logo of any type may be displayed on any sweatshirt,
sweater, or jacket.

Any outerwear must be worn over a
regulation uniform shirt.

IMPORTANT: The principal or his/her
designee shall make the final decision as to what is considered
proper or improper dress according to the above guidelines. Please
consult the administrator if you are in doubt about any clothing
item BEFORE your child wears it to school. |
