Quiz Bowl
Quiz Bowl is an organization designed to allow students to use their storehouse of knowledge in fun competition. It promotes academic achievement by encouraging members to learn empirical knowledge beyond the scope of the classroom.

Students who are members of the PHS Quiz Bowl Team must have a high level of motivation, and remain in good standing both academically and socially.

Members meet one day each week to practice for the regional and state competitions that are held each spring. In addition, competitive games between the parents (held during the first semester) and between the teachers (held during the second semester) are highlights of the school year.
