Southern University
The Southern University Educational Talent Search is a federally sponsored program designed to encourage, motivate and assist students to progressively continue secondary school, graduate within four years of high school, and pursue college training.
Talent search enhances: test-taking
study skills, listening skills, ACT and LEAP 21 prep, self-esteem building,
academic advising, career exploration, interpersonal skill development, getting
scholarships, choosing a college, and financing a college education. ETS also
sponsors field trips and campus visits to Louisiana sites to enhance learning
and social experiences.
