 Below is a BASIC list that all Kindergarten teachers at Midway use.  When you find out whom your child’s teacher is you will be given an additional list.  Some teachers use different items in their classroom.  If you purchase these items early they will not be hard to find.

$15.00 Supply fee (cash only)  

1 backpack–large enough to hold a folder

1 school nap mat–(red and blue and with creases)

       **NO EXTRA THICK MATS PLEASE!!!!**

Girls–1 box of Kleenex             Boys—1 roll of paper towels

1 box of Crayola markers (thick or thin)

6 boxes of Crayola 8 count crayons (we use only the 8 basic colors)

1 plain Plastic pocket folder

1 black and white composition notebook (not spiral)

1 pair of Fiskar scissors

1   Pair of fiskar scissors (metal blade)                                    

 3  Solid color plastic pocket folders with no brads (blue, green, & red)

 2  Large bottles of Elmer school glue

 3  24 count boxes of Crayola crayons

 3  12 count packs of plain yellow pencils

 2  Large packs of construction paper (assorted colors, NO TABLETS)

 2  Rolls of paper towels

 3  Large boxes of Kleenex

 3  Large bottles of waterless hand soup           

 2  Black and white composition notebooks-NO SPIRAL NOTEBOOKS

 ****PLEASE DO NOT WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON THE FOLDERS.  THE TEACHERS WILL LABEL THEM!!!!!  THANKS

6   Plastic pocket and manila folders

7   Single subject spiral notebook--wide ruled

1   Box of 24 count crayons

1   Pack of washable makers

1   Paper towel, kleenex, baby wipes, and waterless soap

1   Large bottle of Elmer’s glue

1   Pointed scissors (Fiskar brand)

1   Large school box

1   Pack of construction paper

1   Pack of loose leaf wide ruled paper

1   Packs of No 2 pencils

1   Assignment pad-wide ruled
