5th Grade

5 – subject notebook(s) – wide rule (1 per six weeks or as needed)

Pencils – 2 daily (sharpened) NO mechanical pencils

6th Grade

6 – Five subject notebooks (place NAME on each one) one for each 6 WKS
2 – Packs of pencils, blue or black ink pens, and small pencil sharpener
(Mechanical Pencils WILL NOT be allowed)
1 – Zipper pouch for pencils, markers, highlighters, etc.
6 – Manila folders (please do not label), 1 plastic pocket folder for homework
1 – Pack of crayons, colored pencils, and glue stick
2 – Packs of markers
1 – Pair of Fiskars pointed scissors
1 – Pack of wide ruled loose-leaf paper and 1 pack of construction paper

Six pocket dividers (Label and divide loose-leaf filled binder into the following six sections:) English, Reading, Social Studies, Science, Math, and Enrichment
Colored pencils and felt-tip markers
Pencils – Note: This should include two packs of pencils to be collected by the math teachers.
Blue or black ink pens
***Teachers will not accept any schoolwork which has been completed using
metallic/neon ink or red ink.
Four manila folders (with student’s name written on tab):
Two for Science and Two for English
Two 50-60 sheet spiral notebooks (for Social Studies Quick Start and English Journal)
Pencil erasers (for tops on pencils) & pencil sharpener with container to hold shavings
Small cloth drawstring gym bag *Due to lack of space in lockers, students will NOT be allowed to use booksacks.
