Loranger Elementary Current Events

At the School Board meeting Tuesday night, the Board approved the following recommendations for making up the lost instructional time due to school closings this month: · All schools will be open Monday, April 5, 2010 (the Monday after Easter) to make up the time lost Friday, January 8, 2010. · The following schools must add 15 minutes to their instructional day beginning Monday, January 25 and ending April 9 to make up the time lost Monday and Tuesday, January 11 and January 12, 2010 : o Loranger Elementary , Loranger Middle and Loranger High Therefore, the Loranger Schools will add 5 minutes to the beginning of school and 10 minutes to the end of the day. Take-in 7:45
The gate for Carpool and Bus drop off will begin at 7:20 as usual. The gate will close at 7:45 and your child will be considered tardy at this time. Please be reminded that students will not be allowed to check out after 2:30 p.m. Also, please be reminded that elementary students must be dropped off on Martin Street not Allman Street (between the Middle school and the cafeteria).
