" All students will enter to learn and leave to achieve" Welcome to the 2008-09 school year!           On behalf of the administration, faculty, and staff, I would like to welcome you to Kentwood High School.  I am excited to be part of a school and community that has such a rich tradition of success.  We are a close knit community, and that is one reason I believe our students are successful in our environment of personalized instruction.  It is our goal to provide each student with a rigorous and relevant curriculum while also focusing on relationships.       We have several new endeavors this year, including an Option III program, expanding our course offerings through Louisiana Virtual School, and implementing senior projects in our English IV classes.  We have the best faculty and staff who all work very hard to provide a wonderful learning experience for the students each day.  We ask for your support as we continue to move Kentwood High School forward.  I look forward to meeting and working with each of you this school year.
