To commemorate the 2nd year anniversary of the terrible tragedy that happened September 11, 2001, Kentwood High School remembered those affected by this day. Faculty, staff, and students gathered under the flagpole to pay tribute at the exact same time that the first plane hit. This program was planned and executed by the Senior Class.

The National Anthem was song by Rodney Robertson, Jr.

Mrs. Bankston says a few words about what happened on that day.

Onlookers proudly place their hands on their hearts as the "Star Spangled Banner" is performed.

The program ends with a moment of silence to remember those who lost their life on this tragic day.
