 Biography

          A native of Independence, I currently reside in my hometown with my husband, Ritchie, and two children, Cody Paul, age 5, and Carley, age 3.  I am  a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where I served as an Aviation Operations Specialist for eight years.  I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Southeastern Louisiana University.  My long-term career objective is to become a high school principal.
