Mrs. Gill and Mrs.
Wilkins with three of the SADD Club officers at the Hornets
Basketball game on November 17th. One of the officers
had to leave early to participate in a Hammond High
Basketball Game.
...but first we had to
attend a training session at the New Orleans Superdome.

After a long day of
Youth Team Training the Louisiana Youth Prevention Services
provided all of the Sponsors and Club Members with tickets
to the game.
Check out some of the
pictures from the New Orleans Hornets Basketball Game:

Kaia even got to high
five the team as they were entering the court.

SADD is about promoting students to make responsible choices
because the choices you make today are choices you will
live with tomorrow. SADD also supports our school and
encourages other students to show school spirit. Below are
photos of the Mock Wreck that took place on April 23, 2009.
The purpose of this event was to show students the
consequences of drunk and irresponsible driving.

Actors playing the part of drunk drivers. They are
checking the damage caused by their irresponsible behavior.

Taken after paramedics arrived on the scene on the left
there are people from the un-smashed car laying on the ground
waiting to be checked out by paramedics.

local Hammond police while firemen try to get people out of
the smashed car behind the cops.
