Ms. Artie Fellom Gautier
Arts Coordinator

The Academic Centre for the Visual and Performing Arts (ACA) is celebrating a new year bringing fine art activities to the  Hammond School District.  This year the program has two priorities.  The "Arts for All" program will focus on giving the traditional students an appreciation for and exposure to the fine art disciplines of Music, Theatre Arts, Dance, and Visual Arts.  The accelerated program will include the appreciation for and exposure to the arts,
however will bring an immersion of the fine arts to the classroom for these students.  A Spring production, "A Drum, A Drum will be presented at the Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts in downtown Hammond.

We now have nine Fine Art Specialists that come from many different disciplines and professions.  Each  brings diversity and talent into the program.  I am thrilled to be working with this team of professionals.  Excellence is the word we live by.  If you have questions or comments, please email me.
