Saxophone Concert

Dr A.L. Palmer, also known as Ms. Tucker's (our music teacher) daddy, visited the pre-kindergarten and kindergarten classes Tuesday, October 30th for a special outdoor concert.  Dr. Palmer discussed how the saxophone creates sound and allowed each of the children to touch the 81 year old instrument.  Dr. Palmer told the children he began playing the saxophone when he was fifteen years old and has been playing for 70 years.  Dr. Palmer volunteers his time playing for local area nursing homes.  What a wonderful treat!
