Discipline Plan

 
We must follow rules to have fun learning in a safe environment.
CLASSROOM RULES

1.  Keep hands, feet, and other object
    to yourself.
2. Respect others. Be kind with your
    words and actions.
3. Follow directions quietly. Do not
    disturb others who are working.
4. Handle all school property and
    equipment appropriately.
5. Respond to the signal
    IMMEDIATELY!!

 CONSEQUENCES

WARNING (name on Discipline Record Sheet)
5 MINUTES TIME-OUT
                   (name on DRS and 1 check)
LOSE 1 RECESS
                   (name on DRS and 2 checks)
LOSE 2 RECESSES
                   (name on DRS and 3 checks)
OFFICE VISIT and completed Parish Referral Form (name on DRS and 4 checks)

                SEVERE CLAUSE
        A student may be sent directly to the office for:
1. WILLFULLY HURTING ANOTHER
    STUDENT.
2. WILLFULLY DESTROYING
    PROPERTY.
3. REFUSING TO OBEY THE
    TEACHER.
4. USING PROFANITY OR MAKING
    OBSCENE GESTURES.

 REWARDS

VERBAL PRAISE, STICKERS, TREATS, POSITIVE NOTES HOME, CLASS MOVIES, & SPECIAL PRIVILEGES
