Below are some pictures from Coach Paille's Health Unit on Tobacco.  The classes viewed healthy lungs and smoker's lungs.  They were able to pump them up and see which set of lungs function better.  They also were able to see how black and spotted the smoker's lungs turn after one year of smoking.
