The kindergarten classes at
Amite Elementary School were visited by
Mrs. Claus, (Virginia Patanella, a librarian from the Tangipahoa Parish Library)
on December 8, 2008. Mrs. Claus told a Christmas tale about Santa
while the students listened quietly. After the story, the children were
given a letter from Santa, bookmark, and coloring sheet.
