  • Rep Pugh
Ponchatoula Junior High School Social Studies students were encouraged to write letters to their State Representative, Stephen Pugh, so he would know what his constituents were thinking and feeling. Students wrote him about concerns in their community such as littering, speeding, road repairs, stop lights and stop signs needed at major intersections. Mr Pugh visited his young delegates to discusses some of their concerns and to speak briefly about their roles as responsible citizens. Our sincere thanks to Representative Pugh for taking the time to visit Ponchatoula Junior High School.
