  • Driver's Education
    Please complete the top portion of the
    Temporary Instruction Permit
    including signature of student and parent. 
    The instructor will sign after registration is complete.
    The school board office will assign the TIP number
    when all documents and payments are received.
    Payments must be mailed or delivered
    to the school board office.
    No payments are accepted at the school.
    If you have any questions regarding  the registration,

  • LMSA Scholarship
    The Louisiana Middle School Association will award a $1,000
    scholarship to high school seniors entering the field of education.
    Include your seven semester transcript and a copy of your ACT
    scores. Applications must be signed by your school counselor
    and postmarked no later than March 5, 2015.

  • 2015 Needs Assessment Surveys
    Tangipahoa Parish School System students
    in Grades 3-12, all parents, administrators,
    and teachers are asked to complete the short
    Needs Assessment Survey for 2014-15 by
    Friday, February 6, 2015. The feedback that
    is received from these surveys is invaluable
    in providing the quality of services
    that our students deserve.

  • Premiere
    The Talented Theatre students at
    Amite and Sumner high schools will hold
    their World Premiere of this year's movies,
    Tuesday, January 27 in the
    Amite High Theatre, starting at 7 p.m.
    Admission is free. This is the 16th year the
    Talented Theatre students at these schools
    have created movies. All of the
    stories are developed by the students.
    We hope you can attend and support
    the work of these creative students.

  • State Farm Good Neighbor Scholarship
    This scholarship does not require a high GPA,
    but rather focuses on students who are
    the leaders and volunteers in their communities
    and demonstrate financial need.
    Criteria: Be a 2015 graduating high school senior.
    High school seniors must have a cumulative
    GPA between a 2.5 and 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. 
    Plan to enroll full-time for the 2015-2016
    academic year at an accredited 2 or 4 year college,
    university or vocational-technical school.
    Must be a U.S. citizen.
