    JROTC-type Cadet Program at Sumner High School.
    The Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program is affiliated with the
    United States Air Force and is open to students ages 12-18.

    Senior tickets are $35 each,
    and Junior tickets are $40 each.

    Please complete the top portion of the
    Temporary Instruction Permit
    including signature of student and parent. 
    The instructor will sign after registration is complete.
    The school board office will assign the TIP number
    when all documents and payments are received.
    Payments must be mailed or delivered
    to the school board office.
    No payments are accepted at the school.
