Colette Taillon worked with Ms. Stephanie Sims's third grade class at Hammond Westside Primary. They are studying the stages of the development of a pumpkin. The students used Pocket Word, Sketchy, and beamed information to each other on the iPAQs. Click on the thumbnails below to see the picture enlarged.
Mrs. Taillon also worked with Ms. Sanford's 2nd hour 8th grade English class at Loranger Middle School. They are studying persuasive writing. This was their first day using the iPAQs, and the students had to write a 5 sentence paragraph persuading Ms. Taillon to come back with the iPAQs next week. The paragraphs were very funny, cute and interesting. They definitely persuaded her to go back for another iPAQ lesson.
