5th GRADE

No book sacks or binders will be allowed. We have no place to store them at school. Students will be allowed to carry a drawstring bag.

6th GRADE

6 – Five subject notebooks, one for each 6 WEEKS

(BINDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED)

1 – Three subject notebooks for Enrichment

1 – Plastic expandable file folder

2 – Packs of pencils, blue or black ink pens, highlighters

1 – Zipper pouch for pencils, markers, highlighters, etc.

6 – Manila folders (PLEASE DO NOT LABEL)

1 – Pack of crayons, colored pencils, and glue stick

3 – Packs of markers

1 – Pair of Fiskars pointed scissors

1 – Pack of wide ruled loose-leaf paper

2 – Boxes of Clorox wipes

1 – Small pencil sharpener

1 – Bottle of antibacterial hand sanitizer

1 – Box of quart size Ziploc bags (girls)

*BINDERS, BOOK BAGS, COLOR BOXES, AND BACKPACKS will NOT be allowed IN THE CLASSROOMS!* (Due to safety reasons!!!!)

7th GRADE

ALL CLASSES:

Heavy duty zipper BINDER with 6 subject areas with pocket dividers and heavy duty sheet protectors

Antibacterial wipes – NOT BABY WIPES

#2 lead pencils – may use mechanical pencils

ENCLOSED PENCIL SHARPENER

Pens (blue or black only) – Schoolwork completed using metallic/neon or red ink will not be accepted

8th GRADE

3 – ring zippered binder

Loose-leaf paper

Six dividers with pockets – Label dividers (English, Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Math Enrichment). Place dividers in binder filled with loose-leaf paper.

Colored pencils/felt-tip markers

3 Pkgs. Pencils – Ms. Davis (Math) will collect 1 pack of these pencils.

Erasers (for tops of pencils)

Blue and/or black ink pens – Teachers will not accept any student work which has been completed using red or neon/metallic ink.

Two one-subject spiral notebooks for Social Studies Quick Starts and Math Homework

Pencil sharpener with container that holds pencil shavings.

3-ring zippered pencil bag – Place bag in zippered binder to hold pencils, pens, colored pencils, markers, pencil sharpener, etc.

One pack of red pens for grading class work

One container of wet wipes/anti-bacterial

Small cloth drawstring gym bag for P.E.

$15.00 supply fee to be collected by homeroom teacher.

*Throughout the school year, your child will need additional pencils, paper, etc. Please check with your child periodically to see if he/she needs supplies.

STUDENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE BOOK SACKS OR BOOK BAG DUE TO LACK OF SPACE IN LOCKERS.
