Mission Statement
 
The mission of the Hammond High Magnet School Senior Project is to challenge and engage all seniors in a rigorous inquiry-based process, which provides students the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and expertise as creative problem solvers, effective communicators, responsible citizens, and lifelong learners.   The Hammond High Magnet School Senior Project aims to allow students to take control of, and have a voice in, their own education and development as individuals and learners.
 
Senior Project Goals 
  • Seniors will complete a project that demonstrates integrated skills and independent learning.
  • The senior project will provide depth and rigor to the senior level english curriculum.
  • Provide students with the opportunity to showcase their knowledge and talents to the community through interaction with a mentor.
