These are the guidelines and rewards for LMS PBIS for the school year 2011- 2012.

  At LMS, we are:

Hallways:

·         Have hall pass

·         Voice Level 1

·         Go directly to destination

Cafeteria

Arrival to School

• Report directly to designed area
• Wait for teacher directions to report to homeroom

Dismissal

• Go directly to destination
• Stay in assigned area

Restroom

• Use facilities appropriately
Use proper hygiene

REWARDS PBIS

 

PBIS tickets now have expiration dates:

• December 16, 2011
• May 18, 2011

 

EACH 6 WEEKS REWARDS:

• 3^rd week - Popcorn Friday (5 paws at recess)
• 4^th week - Store (5^th Grade- Tues., 6^th Grade- Wed., 7^th Grade- Thurs., and 8th Grade- Fri.)
• 6^th week – BIG EVENT (REWARDS)

·         0 – 1 mark on the Tracking Chart or student can pay 15 paws. If you have 6 or more marks on the tracking chart or any type of referral, you will not be eligible for this reward.

·         1^st six weeks

·   Crazy socks and glasses Day:  9-29-11

·         2^nd six weeks

·    Game Day

·         3^rd six weeks

·     Jeans with a spirit shirt Day

·         4^th six weeks

·     Cap and tie Day

·         5^th six weeks

·         Un-tucked shirt Day

·         6^th six weeks

·         Extended Recess

 

SEMESTER REWARDS:

If a student receives PERFECT attendance all semester:

• Semester 1

·         August – December

·         Pizza Party

• Semester 2

·         January – May

·         Dance/D.J. Party during school

• Each six weeks

·         You will receive 5 paws
