Choosing a Program to Open Your Images With

If your computer opens images or files with one program instead of the actual program you want to use, these directions will help you choose what you want to open the files with.

1. Navigate to the folder where your pictures are saved and you will see the list of pictures.

2. Right click on one of the picture files. Now click on "Open With" and then click on "Choose Program."

3. Choose the program that you want to use to always open that file with and click on it once to highlight it. If you don't see the program that you want to use, click on the Browse button and you will have a longer list to choose from.

4. Make sure that you click to put a checkmark in the box in front of "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file."

5. Click "OK" to finish.
