This should bring you to the Released Test Items in PDF format for all grades and content areas going back to 2000. They're a great resource for helping students become familiar with both the style and the scoring of LEAP and GEE test items, and can be used for practice.

LEAP 21 Making the Grade
 
LEAP 21: Making the Grade is a joint effort between LPB and the Louisiana State Department of Education to help students prepare for the Math and Language Arts sections of the LEAP test. There are 15 segments each for 4th and 8th grade Math and Language Arts based upon the tutoring guide developed by the Louisiana Department of Education.
