2012-2013 Teacher of the Year
Rotolo's recently donated tomato plants and the materials to plant them to all of the students at Midway. A special thanks to Ms. Lenz, Coach Burris, and Rotolos for making this project successful!
Pre-K teachers and para educators recently celebrated a successful year of meeting their testing goals!
Kindergarten teachers were given a celebration for meeting their yearly student learning targets for the 2012-2013 school year!
Entomolgist Colby Colona explains a mosquito's life cycle during science teacher Arlene Lenz's science lesson. Special thanks to Mrs. Colona and Ms. Lenz for presenting this great lesson to our students.
Students were "digested" through the human body where they learned about healthly habits. Special thanks to Kate Farbe, John Albarado, IHS students, SLU students, and our P.E. Coach Carol Burris for making this event happen.
Thanks to all of our students participating in the program, and especially to Lynette Lobell for coordinating this wonderful program. It was a huge success and enjoyed by all!
First Graders share a reading experience with Sophomores from St. Paul's High School. They each received a book made especially for them along with a gift bag full of literacy tools. Everyone involved had a wonderful time.
